01. What should I do if I want to change a project that has already been approved by the Committee?

We must be informed of any changes to a project already approved by the Committee (end date, number of participants, procedure, etc.) before the project’s end date. You can get the relevant form by emailing and providing the following information:

  • Applicant’s full name
  • The project title
  • The project number, as indicated on the initial approval form
